During your NK Journey you can follow your normal exercise regime - if you don't normally exercise we recommend regular exercise, however you should ease into any form of exercise gently. Our aim is to be healthier and fitter, not to push ourselves to breaking point! "No pain, No gain" isn't the case with everyone.
